Service to the Community

FootPrints Home Care role models, communicates and monitors expectations regarding conduct and ethical behavior. Starting at the top, our Board of Directors provides accountability to our customers and shareholders and ensures that we are operating at the highest level of actual and perceived integrity to our values and to governing laws and social standards. The leadership takes the attitude that there is a reporter looking over our shoulder at every moment and we act accordingly. We encourage and reward staff that speak the brutal truth regarding safety and integrity of anyone associated with our company.

FootPrints Home Care takes pride in its cornerstone Purpose and Mission: To Be A Blessing, provide peace of mind to NM families and to have a positive and innovative influence on our industry and the community. This is modeled by the leadership team and extends throughout the organization. All staff has been encouraged to take part in community activities on and off work hours. The CEO is involved with most of the activities to role model and encourage. Here is a partial list:

  • Mentor and allow benchmarking for startups locally and as far away as California
