Our organization matches qualified CareGivers to elderly or disabled Clients, which enables them to stay in their current, desired living situation and environment versus moving to a nursing home. FootPrints Home Care facilitates the support necessary (including processes, Transitions of Care, and CareGivers) to allow Clients to stay in their own homes, providing Clients and their families “peace of mind.”
